By signing this membership form, I agree to pay the required annual dues to join the club and to abide by the Bylaws and Policies of the Southern Classic Camaros. I agree Southern Classic Camaros may include my contact information in a club roster and to use for club communications such as event planning and coordination. I agree Southern Classic Camaros may use my first name, and likeness, including pictures of my vehicle(s) in any publication generally used to promote the club or its members.                                                                                                                              

I assume all risks and take full responsibility for myself and any guests I invite to any club activity and event. I waive any right or course of action of any kind against, and release from any liability whatsoever, Southern Classic Camaros (SCC), and its officers, directors and members arising from my participation in any club activity or event. This waiver and release shall apply to, but not limited to, any claim of injury, loss of life, emotional distress, and harm to personal property.  I further release SCC and said parties from any act in which they have no control. This waiver and release is binding upon all heirs and assigns.
